An advisor that uses a Scorecard instance to determine health of dependencies.

Description​

An AdviceProvider implementation that obtains health metrics from a Scorecard (https://github.com/ossf/scorecard) instance.

Use the following syntax to configure this plugin globally as part of config.yml:
